Diwartakan kanal Global Liputan6.com, Sejumlah media besar di Amerika Serikat (AS) sudah mendeklarasikan bahwa Donald Trump memenangkan Pilpres AS 2024.
The Washington Post mengambil tajuk “Trump Triumphs”, kantor berita NPR menulis “Donald Trump has won the presidential election and will return to the White House”, laporan The Associated Press berbunyi “Donald Trump wins US presidency”, The New York Times mengabarkan “Presidential Election Results: Trump Wins”, Time menyebut “Trump Wins Presidency”, CNN melaporkan “Trump will win second term, CNN projects, in historic comeback after losing four years ago”, hingga Politico menyatakan “Trump is Back”.
Mengutip Politico, Rabu (6/11/2024), Trump mengamankan 277 electoral votes dan Kamala Harris 224 electoral votes. Pencapaian Trump melampaui jumlah yang dibutuhkan untuk keluar sebagai pemenang Pilpres AS, yakni 270 electoral votes.
